The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice.
Non-smoking, even in the bar. Had to use room key for ice machine.
The room was very comfortable. The staff really kept things very clean. The continental breakfast was good. The restaurant/bar had excellent food and a great beer selection.

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful as well.
I and two friends came to Green bay for a Packers football, and had no idea where we were going in the city. The staff was very helpful in giving directions as to the stadium, and the area in general and advice on good restaurants, football fan game day gatherings, and which modes of local transportation were best.
